Pricing Model

If you are interested in learning about how Iustitia’s pricing model is structured in order to cut down costs and save money for our clients, please read below.

Flat Rates with Flexible Adjustments

Whilst we have established set rates for all the services we provide (endeavouring to keep them at approximately 50% below the charges of most South African firms), we also employ a flexible adjustment model alongside these flat rates. We acknowledge the unique nature of each appeal or application, with some being more intricate and requiring greater effort than others.

In order to minimise costs for clients with less complex matters that entail fewer resources, we utilise flexible pricing adjustments to reduce the overall charges to the client.

How This Pricing Model Works Practically

Once you have made contact with us and discussed your matter with our Immigration Advisor, they will gather all the necessary information and documentation from you. Upon receiving all the necessary paperwork from you, the scope of the work required for your matter will be assessed.

Should your matter be considered relatively straightforward or not require a huge amount of work to prepare, then our flat rate for that specific application will be adjusted downwards accordingly.

Thus, if your application can be prepared quickly and without the contracted professional needing to commit long hours to your matter, your bill will be reduced.

Prior to commencing any drafting, you will be informed of the total fees and invoiced accordingly, ensuring transparency regarding your expenses upfront. There will be no request for further payment unless additional unquoted work becomes necessary. In the event of any fee adjustments, you will be contacted for approval before any additional work is undertaken, ensuring that you are never taken by surprise by any invoices.

Notes
  • The flexible adjustment model only applies to longer applications such as Overstay Appeals and VFS Appeals.
  • Waiver Letter applications are priced as below.

Waiver Letters

For Waiver Letter applications, we offer two approaches to suit your preferences and budget.

Iustitia-managed
Ideal for: Busy clients or those with larger budgets who would prefer not to deal with the DHA directly.
Under this model, you provide us with the required information and documents, and we handle everything from there — preparing the application, submitting it to the DHA, and following up regularly until we receive your Waiver Letter. Once received, we forward it to you via email.
Payment structure: A deposit of two-thirds of the quoted fee is required, with the balance payable once we receive your outcome from the DHA. No submission will be made to the DHA before the deposit is paid, and no outcome will be released without full settlement of both payments.

Iustitia-prepared, self-managed
Ideal for: Clients with tighter budgets, or those who prefer the peace of mind of receiving their outcome directly from the DHA. Given the prevalence of fraudulent immigration service providers, we understand that some clients are more comfortable knowing their outcome comes directly from the source.
Under this model, we gather the required documentation and information from you and prepare a complete application pack in accordance with the DHA’s requirements. We then send you the application along with clear instructions for submitting it to the DHA via email yourself.
Payment structure: A once-off flat fee, payable in full before the prepared application pack is sent to you.

Payment Method

All payments are made via credit or debit card through Iustitia’s official PayPal business account. A payment link will be included in all invoices.
